xBloom + Black & White The Traditional - Dark Roast, Elevated

The Traditional is Black & White's darkest roast offering - their interpretation of a familiar coffee concept, executed with the same ethical sourcing and attentive roasting practices they're known for. Unlike typical dark roasts where bean characteristics are lost in the roasting process, The Traditional maintains a careful balance between origin clarity and roast-driven sweetness. But the real magic happens when it meets your xBloom machine.

Why xBloom Makes It Better
Dark roasts can be unforgiving. Too coarse a grind and you lose the chocolate notes. Water too hot and the cherry turns bitter. xBloom eliminates the guesswork. The included brew card loads the exact grind size, water temperature, flow rate, and pour pattern for The Traditional - parameters tested and calibrated specifically for this dark roast.

From Whole Bean to Perfect Cup
Each xPod keeps the beans whole and freshly sealed. When you're ready to brew, tear it open and pour the beans into your xBloom. The machine grinds on demand using ceramic burrs, then executes the pour-over automatically. No pre-ground coffee sitting on a shelf. No stale flavors. Just fresh-roasted beans, ground seconds before brewing.

The Brew Card Advantage
Every box includes a brew card co-developed with Black & White Coffee Roasters. Tap it on your xBloom machine, and the parameters for The Traditional load instantly - grind size, water temperature, flow rate, and pour pattern. The result? The same cup every time. No barista skills required. Just cafe-quality coffee from your counter.

What You'll Taste
Delicate dark chocolate leads the way, followed by deep cherries and nutty sweet marzipan. This Colombian washed coffee is crafted to be a bridge between traditional dark roast lovers and the specialty coffee world - proving that a dark roast can be both delicious and complex, without losing the unique qualities of the bean.

Pre-Dosed for Zero Effort
Each xPod contains exactly 15g of whole beans - the perfect dose for one cup. No scale. No measuring spoons. No spilled grounds on your counter. Just tear, pour, tap, and brew.

Perfect for Dark Roast Lovers
If you typically reach for a dark roast at the grocery store, Black & White invites you to taste their expression of this familiar concept. The Traditional is best enjoyed as a drip brew or espresso, and holds up beautifully with or without milk. No learning curve. No wasted beans. Just a perfect dark roast, every single time.
