OMG - This is awesome tasting!This product is absolutely delicious!! Can't believe that it's 0 calories, carbs, and sugar. Even the thickness of the product is the same as maple syrup. Combine with Carbquik pancake mix and butter...you won't believe it !5Hard to Believe How GOOD This Is.It's amazing that this product has absolutely no carbs or calendars, but it does not seem to affect blood sugar / keto levels at all. Other than being slightly thinner, it is very much like excellent maple syrup, with just a hint of the nutty flavor. It is so good. Trying to eat keto and missing my favorite food - pancakes - I was able to completely satisfy the craving with Almond cakes and this syrup with butter. OUTSTANDING product. So I buy a lot of Walden Farms products because they have done the best that can be done to replicate the "add-on" stuff we use to make our food more delicious, but that make us pudgy at the same time. I mean salad dressings, because that's where almost all your serious calories get added on with a salad, and syrups and toppings, which take your pancakes and fat free desserts...and your diet...over the edge.So, I can't say I do not taste the ghost of some of the non-typical syrup ingredients. Sometimes at the first touch to my taste-buds, sometimes as an after-taste. It does taste like Maple syrup to me. The consistency is a little runny, but not like water. The consistency reminds me of heated up maple syrup, and the taste is delicious! Being on keto means I do need to watch my sugar alternative intake, but I have never had a problem with this syrup. Since this flavor is not carried in my local store, I'm so glad I can purchase on Amazon. Give this and the Blueberry syrup a try. You will love it!5
