For joint paint , do not waste your money.If you purchase this product for " Joint Pain Relief". I can tell you it was not working.I used for many months, no improve for join pain.For joint pain, do not waste your money here.1My husband started feeling bad like something was wrongBoth myself and my husband took a nasty allergic reaction to it. I started getting dizzy and not feeling well at all. My husband started feeling bad like something was wrong. We stopped taking it and within two days we felt fine. So it wasn't for us.2Not worth the moneyI ve gone through a 300 count and a 60 count bottle and can really not tell that I feel any better. I followed the directions to the letter, so I am a little disappointed. I won t buy anymore. Maybe it wil work for someone else, but it s not for me.2It will cost you arm and leg, but it will give you your arms and your legs back.This product works! But it will not do any good for you, if you go low dose. The highest of recommended dose (2 capsules 3 times a day) must be a starting point. You take it like that for 3 weeks. In my case, I started in the winter and once first weather change didn't kill me with pain, as usual, but pain was still felt, I increased the dose to 8 capsules. Felt excellent for 2 weeks (never happen in the winter) and reduced the dose. I am now at 4 to 6 capsules per day. I can do 2 capsules, but no more than 1 day. So you got the picture , I guess.The capsules are expensive, but they reduce pain. In other words, it will cost you arm and leg, but it will give you your arms and your legs back.5Works on cats too.I have been using Omega XL for over a year now. It helps a lot with arthritis pain in my knees and back. Our old cat was having a bad time getting around because of arthritis in his hind quarters. I started squeezing the oil from one pill about every other day on to his food. He has shown marked improvement in his movement since about a week after I started giving him the Omega XL.5Its working!!!I have been taking Omega XL occasionally to try to diminish the pain on my toe areas of both feet since I suffer from RA and I have under treatment for a long time, my medication worked but unfortunately the side effects that it had on my blood have prevented me to take this medication, so other medications were prescribed that are not having the positive effect that I had hoped, so my new regiment of taking Omega XL started, this time taking 3 times daily. I am so excited to say that the pain is fading, and I am not limping anymore.
