Use after fermentation to help maintain consistent taste and quality of the beverage, especially for sweetened drinks. Add 0.50.75 grams per gallon before bottling for optimal flavor retention.
• Food Freshness Support: Potassium sorbate helps extend shelf life for bread, cakes, pastries and other baked goods. Also suitable for yogurt, dips and a variety of daily foods.
• Directions & Dosage: Dissolve potassium sorbate in warm water before use for even distribution. Follow recipe instructions; typical usage rate is 0.1% of food weight. Will not affect food flavor or color at proper dosage, suitable for all food applications.
• Storage Method: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, keep sealed and away from high temperature, moisture and direct sunlight to maintain product stability and effectiveness.
