Prevents my knee pain I usually get knee pain even with good quality shoes, but when I wear these Noene undersoles, I don t get knee pain. They are thin enough to put under cushioned soles. There is no cushion to them. They are strictly to reduce shock. I ve ordered 3 pairs because I can t go without them or I will have pain. I have many stairs in my home and going down stairs causes shock. 5VERY poor design.VERY poor design....in 2 days of wearing the whole insole was up in the tip of the shoe......tried to glue down insole and after 4 days of wearing the whole insole ripped in to.......both insoles.....on top of all the trouble could not tell any difference at all......what a waste of money. It may work for some cooks but not mine. 1Don't waste your money.Original thought were that these were pretty expensive for inserts but after reading all the hype on the product and thought if they did 50% of what they claimed it would be worth the investment. It certainly was NOT.The product look's like a piece of 1mm thin elastomer material cut out in the shape of a shoe. I wear a EEE size 11 so I have a very wide foot. It is advertised to fit 9.5 to 16 mens. The product was long enough but shy about 3 mm on the width. It did not look close to providing enough length for a size 16.I walk several miles a day on a hard concrete surface 40+ hours a week. I really wanted these to work but I was extremely disappointed. I typically purchase good quality shoes and replace them every 6 months. I get sore knees by the end of the day from the pounding my feet take on the hard surface. I tried this product by installing in one shoe at a time without one in the opposite foot. I tried on foot for a couple weeks and then the other, and then both. At the end of the day I did not notice any difference. 1I ended up adding cushion soles that are helping better than theseBeen wearing them for close to 2 months and my feet still sore and tired. I traced mine under my insole for a perfect fit. You use them UNDER your insole. I use mine in my roller skates. The more expensive brand ice-skate on the market are sold with these already in the skate. I'd highly recommend skaters and runners to use this, your joints will thank you later. 5They do make a differenceThese insoles really have helped absorb shock in walking on concrete sidewalks. Very thin but still take up space and required me to change from the thicker socks i used to wear. 5THESE WORK !I was skeptical but this liners work great at absorbing and reducing impact. My feet felt great - even after a 3 mile power walk. 5
