Easy-to-use cheese culture comes packaged in 5 single-dose packets of 1/4 tsp. each. Use in conjunction with a variety of cheesemaking recipes that call for a mesophilic blend; used in the production of soft and unripened cheeses such as blue, brie, chevre, camembert, havarti, gouda. Contains: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. Diacetylactis.
