Your Lila Health Organic Castor Oil Pack is made of a double layer of soft organic cotton, a double outer less-mess layer of polypropylene and three 35 inches (90cm) super stretchy nylon straps that fit all body types. The straps have an easy button closure and can be cut to desired length. WHY DO I WANT ORGANIC MATERIALS? Castor Oil is the ultimate carrier oil and because Castor Oil Packs are designed to sit directly on your skin, its best to use natural materials that are free of synthetic fibers, chemicals, bleach and artificial colors. HOW DO I USE IT? Apply 1 tbsp of organic castor oil (sold separately) to the soft cotton side of the pack, then place it over the side of your liver area under your right rib cage and button it in place. Wear for 1 hour daily or overnight. WILL IT FIT ME? The Lila Health castor oil pack will fit most body shapes and sizes as the straps are oversized at 90cm (35 inches).
