• Basic Preparation: Pour 1.0 liter of Whole Milk (77.5% of the cream) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food; open a 1.5 kg bag of DOLCE DELIZIA 100 GELATO MIX, pour 100 gr (7.8% of the cream) into the bucket while mixing, pour 140 gr of sugar (10.8% of the cream), pour 50 gr of Dextrose (3.9% of the cream), add FLAVOR (60 to 80 gr) according to the flavor instructions, and keep mixing for about 60 seconds or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved. Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before using it
