- Our lemons ripen naturally on sun-drenched farms. We hand-select plump, juicy centre slices, which are then gently baked at low temperatures. Rich in natural vitamins and dietary fibre, they contain no added sugar or artificial colourings, and are sulphite-free and gluten-free.
- Dried lemon slices are ideal for all kinds of cocktails, mocktails, gin, mojitos, whisky, classic cocktails or other creative concoctions, adding a hint of lemon to your drinks
- Dried lemons can be used in cocktails, fruit teas, stews, baking, sparkling water, slushies, milkshakes and yoghurt. They can also be used to decorate dishes, create creative plating, make scented candles, festive decorations and dried flower arrangements, as well as to add a touch of flair to your parties, bars, birthday celebrations and get-togethers.
- Take 13 slices of dried fruit, place them in 5080C lukewarm water and leave to soak for 35 minutes until rehydrated. The lemon slices have a slightly bitter taste, so you may add rock sugar or honey to taste. We recommend storing them in the fridge.
- We use light-proof aluminium foil bags to preserve the flavour and colour of the lemons as much as possible and to slow down oxidation. Due to the nature of dried fruit slices, some crumbs may be produced during transport; we do our utmost to prevent this.
