With no added sugar, sulphites or gluten, it is a pure and healthy snack option.
- Dried grapefruit slices are ideal for use in cocktails, mocktails, classic cocktails, whisky, gin and tonics, gin, and other drinks. They can also be used as cocktail garnishes to enhance your parties, gatherings or bar.
- Ideal for cocktails, stews, baking, fruit tea, yoghurt, sparkling water, milkshakes and salads, or combined with dried orange slices and dried pineapple slices to create scented candles, wreaths, sachets, festive decorations, dried flowers and home dcor, adding a visual touch to your creative projects
- To prevent the dried grapefruit slices from darkening due to oxidation, we have packaged them in light-proof aluminium foil bags. To prepare, simply place 13 fruit slices in 5080C warm water and leave to soak for 35 minutes until rehydrated. As they have a natural tart and bitter flavour, you may add rock sugar or honey to taste.
