- LIGHT TOAST - Light Toast is a low-level temperature roast that showcases the natural flavors found in Sugar Maple. All of the oak flavor is fully extracted after one use, and wont add flavor to future fermentations.
- BARREL AGED FLAVOR - Our Craft A Brew Sugar Maple Infusion Spirals are also known as Rock Maple or Hard Maple. This unique wood is lightly toasted to enhance its subtle maple syrup notes and soft sweetness. Sugar Maple spirals add hints of vanilla, caramel, and bourbon pecan.
- HOW TO USE - Sugar Maple spirals can be snapped into smaller lengths as needed. Place the oak infusion spiral directly into your beer or wine. The maple flavor in charred maple spirals is fully extracted in 6 weeks. You can remove the maple from the fermenter earlier for milder oak contribution and flavor. 1 small spiral treats 1 gallon and 1 large spiral treats 3 gallons.
