- ENHANCE COLOR & FLAVOR - Bentonite Clay binds to suspended yeast, sediment, and stubborn particles, removing them from suspension. The result is improved clarity, vibrant color, reduced off-flavors, and lower oxidation potential.
- EASY TO USE - Use 1-2 grams ( to teaspoon) of Bentonite mixed with 1 oz of warm water to create a smooth slurry. Add it pre-fermentation or during secondary fermentation for effective clarification. For best results, consider adding during secondary fermentation.
