- COMPLETE BACKSWEETENING KIT FOR MEAD - Our Backsweetening Kit for Mead includes a 12 oz bottle of premium Wildflower Honey and a 2g packet of Mead Stabilizer (Potassium Sorbate & Potassium Metabisulfite) to prevent re-fermentation.
- CUSTOMIZE YOUR SWEETNESS LEVEL - Adjust the sweetness to your preferenceadd 4 oz of honey per gallon for light sweetness, 8 oz for medium, or 12 oz for a rich, sweet finish.
- EASY TO USE - After fermentation, rack your mead into a sanitized fermenter, add the stabilizer & wait 24 hours. Then dissolve your chosen amount of honey (4, 8, or 12 oz per gallon) in hot water, mix into the mead, and bottle as usual!
