- Ideal for Preserves, Jams & Dried Snacks: Enhance jams, jellies, and fruit preserves by dissolving a small amount in warm water, then stirring it in after cooking. For dried fruits and snacks, sprinkle a little to help retain freshness and lock in natural flavors over time.
- Mixing Method & Recd. Amounts: Dissolve it in warm water before adding it to recipes for even distribution. Use only the amount specified in your recipe, typically around 0.1% of the foods weight. Too much may alter the taste of the final product.
