BTXpress is a single buffer solution, developed to quickly and efficiently deliver genes into mammalian cells that were previously considered "hard to transfect" by chemical and other non-viral methods. This solution, in combination with BTX electroporators, provides researchers with the versatility needed for success across a broad range of cell types while maintaining critical cell viability. Transfection using this performance electroporation solution is equally effective in delivering DNA as well as siRNA into mammalian cells. Trial Sample Kit includes 2 mL volume solution with five 2 mm gap cuvettes and five 4 mm gap cuvettes. The 2 mL volume is the solution only and it requires cuvettes. The The 5 mL volume is the solution only for up to 50 reactions. It requires twenty 4 mm gap cuvettes or fifty 2 mm gap cuvettes. The 10 mL volume is the solution only for up to 100 reactions. It requires forty 4 mm gap cuvettes or one hundred 2 mm gap cuvettes. The 20 Reaction Kit includes 5 mL volume solution and twenty 4 mm gap cuvettes. The 40 Reaction Kit includes 5 mL volume solution and forty 4 mm gap cuvettes. The 100 Reaction Kit includes 5 mL volume solution and one hundred 4 mm gap cuvettes.
