Sorrel drink is a sour tasting dark red drink which is made from the sorrel (Hibiscus) plants petals. This syrup is made from sorrel pods also known as hibiscus or the Spanish name Jamaica. The sorrel is steeped with aromatic spices and then the juice is boiled with NATURAL mont fruit sweetner. This makes a refreshing drink or cocktail mixer which is enjoyed on those hot Caribbean days. While sorrel is mostly used for its strong, tangy taste, it is also used in many dishes and drinks for its significant health benefits.
