- 2003 MATERIAL, PRESSED IN 2012 Crafted using premium leaves harvested in 2003 and pressed into a cake in 2012. This unique process allows the loose leaves to age evenly for 9 years before pressing, resulting in a mellower and more sophisticated taste profile.
- ROBUST STRIPS & GRAND APPEARANCE The tea cake is round and substantial, featuring thick, stout strips that showcase the superior quality of ancient tree leaves. Stored in a pure dry warehouse, the surface is clean and oily.
- THICK & RICH TEXTURE Produces a bright golden soup with a thick, rich, and full-bodied texture. It offers a smooth mouthfeel without the astringency of young tea, displaying the "gluey" texture (pectin-rich) typical of high-quality aged tea.
