Description
- Elm tree 12-15 year old plant (Ulmus) exact plant shown in the pictures is 30-40 inches tall, USDA Hardiness Zones: 3-9. Bonsai candidate. This plant was growing in this container multiple years, pruned back hard multiple times. Origin of it and variety is unknown, sold as is.
- Large tree. Full sun (6 hrs direct light daily), Partial sun / shade (4-6 hrs light daily). Alkaline soil, Clay soil, Dry sites, Road salt, Wet sites. Attracts Browsers, Migrant birds, Small mammals, Songbirds. Growth rate - Fast. Shape or form Vase-shaped. Season of interest - Mid fall.
- Summer: In container with soil (leaves will be removed or cut short to conserve on water consumption), in the mailing tube or box. (June trough September) Winter: Bare root with roots wrapped in wet media during its dormancy (October through May).
